Payments for business services on Afro Explorer are made on the web platform. The mobile application is free to use and does not process payments. Refunds are handled under this Refund Policy and applicable law.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made on the Afro Explorer web platform. It applies to business owners or partners who purchase paid services such as listings, promotions, upgrades, or other paid features offered through the Afro Explorer website.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid services purchased on the Afro Explorer website. It does not apply to general use of the Afro Explorer mobile application, which is free for end users.

2. General Refund Rule

All payments are considered final once a service has been activated, published, or delivered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Verified technical failure on our side that prevented service activation
  • The service was unavailable and could not be delivered as described

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after a listing or promotion has gone live
  • Dissatisfaction with performance, visibility, or user engagement
  • Failure to use a purchased service within the intended time period

Your request should include the email used for payment, the transaction reference or receipt, and a brief explanation of the issue.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Afro Explorer may result in account suspension or restriction of future services.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
